When owning a property in Portugal and living in another country it is important that your home here is well looked after and maintained by an experienced and professional company to protect your investment. References are available if required. For a reasonable monthly charge I can offer the following services:1. Regular weekly inspection visits to your property in order to maintain standards. 2. On your behalf employing and supervising staff. 3. Arranging payment of all staff, electricity, gas, water, telephone, and all Government taxes relating to your property. 4. Arranging gas certificates in compliance with Government regulations. 5. Arranging and supervising maintenance and providing quotations for any major works that may be required. 6. Arranging information booklets, welcome packs, car hire, golf discounts etc., for yourselves and clients. 7. Arranging insurance to take advantage of group rates, arranging quotes for security alarms, and assistance with any aspects of your property. The Algarve has always been a popular tourist resort and if you decide to rent your property to offset costs, rental contracts can be arranged with tour companies. Rental figures obviously vary according to size of accommodation, location and facilities available. An inspection of your property would be required before definite rental income figures can be discussed. Also, in order to rent a property a Tourist License is required. We can arrange this for an additional one off charge.
